CR WD - Section 4.5 - expanded-nominal-requested-line-rectangle

The third sentence of 4.5, para 5, defines
"expanded-nominal-requested-line-rectangle"; however, this term doesn't seem to
be referenced elsewhere in this paragraph or in the document. Further, it stands
between the definition "expanded-rectangle" in sentence 2 and the use of this
term in sentence 4 to define the extent of the per-inline-height-rectangle in
the block-progression-direciton.

I would suggest moving sentence three out of this paragraph or eliminating it
entirely if it isn't intended to be used.
