XSL CR WD Comments - Section 4.2.6

1. 4.2.6, para 1, change "characters" to "glyphs" or "glyphs which render
characters".

2. 4.2.6, para 3, suggest adding "in a direction perpendicular to the inline
progression direction" just before "to lengths representing".

3. 4.2.6, para 4, (as well as section 4.6 para 3) refers to "text-altitude of an
area"; is this an area trait? I can find it referenced other than these two
places.

4. 4.2.6, para 4, talks about "text-before baseline" and "text-after baseline";
what does text-before and text-after mean? I don't see these referenced
elsewhere.
