XSL 1.0 and sorting

makes a reference in section "2.7.9 Sorting" and "B.2 Other References" to
Unicode draft TR10 (Unicode Collation Algorithm)
but not to the equivalent ISO/IEC 14651 FCD.
Perhaps, it would be nice to add a reference to this (future) international
standart where it makes sense.
