The wording in Zilles' paragraph is incorrect. We allow you to nest a
block-quote in mid-paragraph, which effectively splits a block. Both
fragments (which are block-areas) of the outer fo:block may exist in the
same parent area-container.

      BBBB BBBB ...                 <--- block-area #2
