XML Calabash 0.9.22 released

Hi folks,

You'll find XML Calabash 0.9.22 at http://xmlcalabash.com/download/

This version includes a bunch of bug fixes and is the first release to
attempt to include an installer. Before I make a wider announcement
about this release, I'd appreciate a few reports of success (or
failure!) with this distribution.
