Typo in section 7.2.4: p:validate-with-relax-ng

Hi all,

There is a typo in section 7.2.4 (p:validate-with-relax-ng). The step
declaration specifies an option called "dtd-id-idref-warnings", but the
prose that follows refers to "dtd-id-idref-errors".
