This is a great start !
I do think it has some factual errors though.
BPEL or atleast BPEL4PEOPLE can interact with people.

Even without the people extensions, there's nothing that prevents the soap 
based workflows from interacting with people, but the 4people extension does 
make that easier to explicity specify.

Also consider adding this BPEL processor
