Re: with-option and other XPath Expressions - Prevent streaming from being possible (??)

Its already clear to me ... unless I'm wrong :)
But obviously its not universally clear.

I'd add something like

"The value of the select attribute is evaluated exactly once as an xpath 
expression with its context set to the root node of the binding and the 
result converted to a string and passed to the step."
