How wierd.  It was correct through two versions ago [1] and then over the
years the two characters were transposed in the last couple of versions

Hi!

I believe the example po.xml in "XML Schema Part 0: Primer Second
Edition" at http://www.w3.org/TR/xmlschema-0/#po.xml: contains an error,
an exclamation mark inside the ending tag of the first "comment" element.

The validator at http://www.w3.org/2001/03/webdata/xsv actually crashes
on this input.
