this points to:

for the actual XML Schema

I just ran it through oXygen again
[which uses the apache parser/validator "under the hood"]
and I still get more than 40 errors
[some looking just like the errors pointed out by a number of us
 several times over the past long while]

the Schema seems to still be an "afterthought"
[the last modification date on it seems to be DEC of 2003]
