How to get the Node value of Node AnyType?

Am Using xercesc 1.7.0. On Suse linux 8.2.

Iam trying to fetch the value contained at the AnyType
Node using the getNodeValue().transcode(). But it is
returning nothing..

Please telle me how to get the value of Node
AnyType...
