Verican is a small but fast-growing company that provides software and services for publishers.
Our customer self-service/order processing system has been in development for over a year and has been in production for more than seven months. Currently, we have nine customers, a marketing plan/materials and a proven sales process.
Our customer relationship management/order processing system has been in production for almost two years. We are currently porting this application and integrated it with the previously mentioned product in order to provide a complete solution.
Sales Account Executive
We are looking for energetic sales people to initially sell our product. We have proven sales model in which you will call customers, automatically send email/direct mail, web-based demonstrations, etc. Upon demonstration of your sales competency, you will have the opportunity to travel on sales calls to customers who are candidates for our CRM/OE system.
Qualifications
* A four-year, accredited university degree is REQUIRED
* Excellent communication, prospecting and telephone skills
* Excellent writing skills
* Six months or more of sales experience preferably involving business applications, software or technical services.
* Understand how technology can enhance customer’s productivity
* Self-motivated
* High ethical standards (we conduct background checks and we check references)
Location
Our office is centrally located in the San Francisco Bay Area, close to Interstates 80, 580, and 880 and a 15-minute walk from the Bay Fair BART station in San Leandro. See our website for directions.
Compensation
The compensation package includes a generous commission plan supplemented with a small base and draw plus benefits including: medical, dental and paid holidays and vacation.
