Sorry to hear this! It seems that books take longer to propagate throug
distribution channels that we would like :-( ...

Although a book by Jeni would be a terrifying perspective for all the
authors of books on the subject, I think that W3C XML Schema is complex
enough to deserve as many books taking as many perspectives as
possible...
I would just like to add that I have been lucky enough to have Jeni as
the main tech reviewer for my own book and thank her again (as alredy
done in the "acknowledgment" section of the book) for the safety she had
brought while I was wandering through the recommendation...
