To check the correctness of schemas (but not to apply them to
instance documents), you can try IBM's XML Schema Quality Checker,
at http://www.alphaworks.ibm.com/tech/xmlsqc .

Hello all,
It seems as though the XSV.exe (not the online version) has been retired.
What other software (other than the Sun piece) is there to validate XML
Schemas ?
