New release of XML Schema Test Collection (finally)

See [1], which note has moved from its previous location.

This document presents the curent state of the XML Schema Test
Collection. Since the first release we've received additional
contributions from Sun and NIST, and in order to improve management
we've pushed the detailed results down a level, and also we've begun
to include some of the XML management files. We've also included
results for all the tests as processed by Xerces 1.4.3-J, and provided
the option of only seeing the tests for which the processors used (XSV
and Xerces for now) are not unanimous.
