This would limit the recursion to the top level of complex type 
definitions, which seems reasonable...

There is still a bug, but on xerces-j-2, then! (what's fun with hunting 
bugs in schema processors is that for any example you are almost certain 
to find a bug in one of the processors ;=) ... ).
