Validator caching problem

My students and i have encountered a VERY nasty problem of this
validator caching files in the server if the "Address(es):" entry is
use. It drove us to the wall trying to modify our files and revalidate
while the validator kept returning the same messages.

Please correct this problem if you can. I'd appreciate it if you reply
to me as soon as it's fixed.
