nil vs nill vs null

Was looking at the XMLSchema-instance Schema [1] and noticed that the
attribute "xsi:nil" [2] per the 2001 edition is declared "xsi:nill".  This
is probably a typo in the translation from "xsi:null" but it seems to be an
important error.
