Schema Question

To whom it concerns:

My question is that when I run the Schema Validator it successfully passes the test.  However, it says my schema has no errors but also reads this:

  "No declaration for document root was found, validation was lax"

How do I change my schemas so they don't read this.  If you could reply back to me at RSBAY@aol.com that would be great.
