IBM's WebSphere Studio Application Developer mixes tools for Java and
Servlet development, Web Services and XML with a state of the art IDE.

It includes these XML Components:

   1 XML Editor
   2 XML Schema Editor
   3 DTD Editor
   4 XSLT Editor
   5 XSL Trace Editor
6 XML to XML Mapping Editor with XPath, Java beans and Java script
   support
7 Wizard - create XML from different sources (XSD, DTD, relational
   databases)
8 XML to Java data binding
   9 DB2 XML Extender tooling
10 Project management and repository integration

See http://www-4.ibm.com/software/ad/studioappdev/ .

I believe that component 6 above would meet your needs.
