Sorry you're having trouble. Looks like you're running with a less
than up-to-date version of the XML libraries behind XSV -- please
check that you have the following, as specified in the XSV home page [1].

The particular versions you need if you're building from scratch are


Unfortunately, our FTP server is switched off for the time being owing 
to the need to reconstruct our systems after an aggressive hacker
attack last week.  We hope to be back up in a few days.
