Some questions about deimal numbers:

"0."      -- Is this a legal integer? I think so.
"0.0"     -- Is this a legal integer? I don't know.
"000123"  -- Is this a legal integer? I don't know.
" 42"     -- Is this a legal integer? I don't think so.
"42 "     -- Is this a legal integer? I don't think so.
