Re: xsd:all and xsd:element with max(min)occurs (was: xsd:any ...)

 I have found it in the primer (which is not normative) after Eric's
post but 
I am trying to find this requirement in the spec: part I and I just
cannot.
I tried really hard (maybe 20 minutes of browsing through the standard).
