Jacek,

You raised an issue[1] regarding XOP[2]. The WG will clarify that
elements to be optimized must only contain character information items.
The WG will also amend the example to fix the whitespace problems by
removing whitespace around the <xop:Include> element and the base64
characters.

I trust this addresses your concern.
