Issues against SOAP 1.2 Recommendation

Tony, you commented on the SOAP 1.2 Recommendation and your comments were
recorded by the XMLP WG as issues 1 and 5 (see
http://www.w3.org/2000/xp/Group/xmlp-rec-issues.html#x1 and
http://www.w3.org/2000/xp/Group/xmlp-rec-issues.html#x5). The XMLP WG has
decided to accept your proposed resolution issue 1, and to reference the
"Recommendation" rather than the "Proposed Recommendation" for issue 5. We
trust these changes address your concerns, if not please contact the WG
asap.
