Dear Mr Singh, You raised an issue ( classed number 427[1] ) against the SOAP 1.2 Part 0 Proposed Recommendation[2] regarding the use of the XML declaration in examples. After the ensuing e-mail discussion[3] on xml-dist-app the WG concurs with your conclusion[4] that there is no issue to answer.
