Bob,

You raised issue 399[1] against the CR of SOAP 1.2. The XMLP WG 
discussed this issue during a recent telcon and agrees that the wording 
in question could be confusing. The text will be modified as follows:

According to the 
http://www.w3.org/2002/12/soap/features/web-method/Method property 
(typically POST or GET).
</original>

<new>
According to the 
http://www.w3.org/2002/12/soap/features/web-method/Method property. 
POST and GET are the only values supported by this binding.
</new>
