soap 1.2 test collection - test T77

Hello,

It may be a good idea to mention that there is another possible outcome for
the second of the three cases ([1], omitted parameter), which is that the
receiver may fault [2]. This case is also covered by test XMLP-2 [3] in the
Test Collection.
