LC Issue 325 closed.

Hi,

At the sept. 4th 2002 telecon, the WG decided to close LC issue 325 by
keeping status quo.

As the originator of the issue I find the resolution acceptable as I do
not believe that SOAP 1.2 encoding prevents an implementation from
constructing a schema to validate against.
