The XMLP WG has decided to close issue 370 [1] with a text change.  As
you
pointed out "SOAP processor" is not defined.  The term "SOAP processor"
is a
leftover from old terminology and will be changed to "SOAP node"
throughout
Part 1 and Part 2.
