The XML Protocol (XMLP) WG has decided to close issue 242 [1], which you originated, with the following resolution. The XMLP WG intends to collect implementation experience regarding the features present in Parts 1 and 2 of the SOAP specification only. The appearance of the "4 exit criteria" statement in Last Call documents other than Parts 1 and 2 was a mistake, and was not intended to indicate that the WG would be collecting implementation experience based on other documents such as the Primer and Scenarios documents.
