I would like to signal for the record that I am not entirely pleased with 
this resolution, but in the interest of moving forward and generating 
concensus I will accept the decision of the workgroup.  I believe that at 
the very least this section should be moved to an appendix, and also that 
the wording might be improved as well.  As I say, I accept the decision of 
the workgroup but would request that my concern be formally noted.   Thank 
you very much.

Noah,

You raised LC Issue 216[1] against SOAP 1.2 Part 1. The WG 
discussed this issue on 10th July and decided to close it without 
incorporating any of the suggested revisions.

If you have more detailed comments related to this issue that you 
feel should be addressed then please provide them to the WG for 
consideration.
