Assertion 70, "Text from the specification" in [1] does not
cut-and-paste correctly from the SOAP 1.2 Part 1 [2]. There is a missing
a bullet:

" Any number of character information item children. Child character
information
  items whose character code is amongst the whitespace characters as
defined by
 [8] are considered significant."
