The XML Protocol WG has decided to close issue 69 [1] by noting that the
SOAP 1.2 Working Draft now contains a Binding Framework section [2] that
describes an abstract framework that can be used to define arbitrary
transport bindings. By providing the Framework, the WG believes it has
resolved the issue and its underlying Requirement 803. If you disagree with
the WG's assesment, please let us know.
