Regarding http://www.w3.org/TR/soap12/#_Toc478383517 and example 31 contained therein, the example has <enc:Array xmlns:xs="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema" xmlns:enc="http://www.w3.org/2001/06/soap-encoding" id="array-1" enc:arrayType="xs:string[2]" I believe this fragment should end with "xs:string[3]" since there are three string elements following.
