Just to clarify - David Turner and I are not the editors of the
(namespace?) spec. Andrew Layman of course is a co-editor along with Tim
Bray and Dave Hollander [1]. David Turner is the Microsoft Advisory
Committee representative [2] to the W3C. I am just me.
