Hi Joseph, a minor issue: When I look at the TOC of the xenc spec, I see this one: 3.3 The CipherData Element 3.3.1 The CipherReference Element 3.4 ... The CipherValue element itself is silently described in 3.3. It would be nice to have something like this: 3.3 The CipherData Element 3.3.1 The CipherValue Element 3.3.2 The CipherReference Element 3.4 ... or 3.3 The CipherData Element 3.4 ... but this single 3rd level heading looks a little bit lonely.
