DRAFT PROGRAM

The goal of this meeting is to prepare for last call by closing any
issues and then revisiting our expectations regarding an implementation
schedule and specification advancement. Please be familiar with the
current deliverables of the Working Group.

Volunteers form are solicited: 3 note takers for 2 hour chunks.
