Our room size and seating arrangement will be determined by registration; the number of "interactive seats" will be set by those that said they will be attending as active members, then there will be some observer seats (around the periphery, in the corner? <smile/>) but they will be less priority, and likely first come first serve. So while it is unfortunately complex, please do register before the deadlines!
