Joseph, I was not immediately sure where to send XMLP's comments, so I am
sending them to you directly. The main body of our response is David
Orchard's email [1], plus the comments from Paul Denning [2] (first 5
paragraphs, i.e. nothing after "is non-normative"), and Yin Leng Husband's
ed comments [3].
