FTF Meeting Thursday March 1

Unfortunately, the possibility of meeting Feb 26 or 27 inconvenienced as
many people as it helped. Given this fact, I'll retain a single day (March
1) of the two days the XML Encryption WG was allocated. This means we won't
conflict with XML Protocol at all, and members of the Schema WG might be
able to sneak away for particular portions of an Encryption Agenda that
interest them on that single day of conflict. (I think we can get away with
a single day of meeting.)

I'm told a registration page for this meeting will be available by the end
of the week, which I'll post. I'll probably start putting together the
agenda in mid January.
