First WG FTF Febuary26/27 or March 1/2?

One person note that during the W3C Technical Plenary week, the date of 
March 1/2 collides with XML Schema. An alternative slot is Febuary 26/27 
(Mon/Tues) but this collides with XML Protocol -- for which another person 
expressed an interest in. If others care about either of these dates, please 
let me know. The very fact that the W3C is trying to have all these WGs 
meeting around each other (a potentially good thing) means that were also 
going to have some collisions (a bad thing).
