Re: Strange line breaks

Sorry about that.



Within the following paragraph in 2.8 Prolog and Document Type
Declaration,, I see a line break before "doctypedecl".  I'm using
Internet Explorer 8 on my Windows 7 (both the 32 bit version and
64 bit version).

  Note that it is possible to construct a well-formed document containing a
  doctypedecl that neither points to an external subset nor contains an internal
   subset.
