Unicode noncharacters

Regarding the Unicode noncharacters listed in section 2.2:

http://www.w3.org/TR/2006/REC-xml11-20060816/#charsets

I believe one of the ranges is incorrect. That range should be FDD0 to FDEF:

http://www.unicode.org/charts/PDF/UFB50.pdf
