[XML1.1] Tiny typo...

Hello all,

Having translated Rec XML1.1, I stumbled on the following tiny typo:

2.1 Well-Formed XML Documents

In document production:

[1]  document ::= prolog  element  Misc*-  Char*  RestrictedCharChar*

A space is missing between RestrictedChar and Char* (and eventually
between Misc* and - for legibility)
