xml 1.0 2ed section 3.3.3 example

Table headers:
1. Attribute specification
2. a is NMTOKENS
3. a is CDATA

Third example:
1. a="A

B
"
2. #xD #xD A #xA #xA B #xD #xA
3. #xD #xD A #xA #xA B #xD #xD

It appears to me that the third example is incorrect. Note that as printed,
one "
" of attribute "a" is converted to #xD in the case where attribute
"a" is CDATA.

Please accept my apologies if this has already been reported. I am not
connected right now, so I do not have access to the errata list, and since
it confused the dickens out of me, I wanted to make sure that I reported it.
