erratum E28 Clarification

Happened to notice this text in E28 Clarification:

To item number 2 of the list of valid cases for the "Element Valid" VC, add
the following: "Note that a CDATA section containing only white space does
not match the nonterminal S, and hence cannot appear between pairs of child
elements." 

I suspect "between pairs" is not your intended meaning.  Ditto for the
relevant passage in the spec.
