error in xml specs: PubidLiteral

dear xml editor,

i think, that there is a currently unreported error in the xml specifications 
of "PubidLiteral [12]" as published in "http://www.w3.org/TR/1998/REC-xml-19980
210":


definition as published:

[12]  PubidLiteral ::= '"' PubidChar* '"' | "'" (PubidChar - "'")* "'"


since the delimiter itself must not be included in the literal, the definition 
should be:

[12]  PubidLiteral ::= '"' (PubidChar - '"')* '"' | "'" (PubidChar - "'")* "'"
