Subject: Updated Simple MEPs Part 2.
I've attached two different Simple MEP proposals. One is without the
soap-response MEP and the other has the soap-response MEP in a very
simple form.
I've updated this proposal to use some of the wording that Noah
suggested in his proposal in the HTTP Binding. Where I disagreed with
his wording, I kept his wording to keep these synchronized and sent
separate comments to the list.
