The XML Protocol WG is planning to start the Candidate Recommendation phase
in the coming weeks. The purpose of this phase is to demonstrate that there
exist multiple interoperable implementations of SOAP MTOM/XOP in order to
validate those specifications. If you have an implementation which is
available for testing (as a publically accessible endpoint, as a standalone
program, etc) against other people's implementations, please contact me.

Thank you on behalf of the XMLP WG,
David Fallside
